Velocity NAB credit card is an airline rewards credit card that is partnered with Virgin Blue Airlines. With the Velocity credit card you earn Virgin Blue reward points for every dollar you spend. The NAB Velocity comes in two types of credit card, the Velocity American Express and Velocity Visa card. One of the great features on the Velocity credit card is the fact that there is no cap or expiry on the Velocity Points you earn. The NAB velocity comes in a standard version and a special Gold Velocity card that enalbes you to earn more points for your credit card purchases. For a limited time NAB is offering a special 3.99% on balance transfers for a period of up to 6 months.
The Amercan Express Velocity card gives you 1.5 Velocity Points per $2 spent on purchases. While the Velocity Visa offers 1 Velocity Point per $2 spent on purchases. The low reward credit card interest rate for both of these cards is 19.25% p.a (as of jan 26th 2008). The annual fee for the NAB Velocity is $65 with a 44 day interest free period on purchases.
